The pendants feature five heart shapes that graduate in size as they dangle off the chain. Some of the hearts are pavé set with tiny round brilliant cut diamonds which are made to look like one big diamond. Both pendants are made in 18ct white gold and one of the styles combines 18ct rose gold with white gold.
