For instance this stunning Sapphire and Diamond ring features one of our popular halo designs with small round brilliant cut diamonds surrounding the round shape of the Sapphire which is beautifully claw set in 18ct white gold. Sapphires are the perfect alternative to diamonds as they look stunning and are the second hardest gem stone – making them strong and durable for everyday wear. To add more dazzle to the ring The shoulders are pavé set with a continuous row of small round brilliant cut diamonds that taper in size as the band narrows in towards the centre setting. In total the ring is set with 35 diamonds which total 0.30cts and for this style the minimum weight of the Sapphire is 1.00cts.
