Step 1: Inspiration and design

Contact us using the methods below to begin the process of creating your stunning piece of bespoke jewellery. You can submit any images and ideas inspiring your design. Our jewellery experts will work with you to arrange a quote, considering any stones you may wish to include and the precious metal type.

Step 2: CAD Development

Once you are happy with the design and price, we will create a computerised (CAD) model of your engagement ring. At this stage our experts will liaise with you and make any desired modifications.

Step 3: 3D Wax Print

Only when you are completely satisfied with the design, we begin the process of creating a physical 3D printed wax model of your piece of jewellery.

Step 4: Casting

The final process is casting the design in metal. The casting of gold and platinum alloys takes place in a vacuum pressure casting machine. The metal is heated to over 1000 degrees Celsius. Each alloy has a different melting temperature depending on its density and material. To find our more information on the casting process, visit our manufacturing page.

Step 5: Quality Control

In the final step, your bespoke piece of jewellery is handed to our in-house master jewellers for the diamond to be set. The final ring is meticulously checked by our goldsmith, the quality control team and your personal order manager. After we ensure the engagement ring is in perfect condition, we prepare it for secure shipping or in-store collection.
