Amongst the jewellery fanatics at the auction this week in New York was reality TV star Kim Kardashian who entered a bidding war for several of her idols jewels. Kim Kardashian decided to really treat herself this Christmas and is now the owner of three beautiful, vintage style diamond and jade bangles. Kim paid an impressive $65,000 to own her idols diamond bangles. The bangles are made from the precious stone jade and feature a strip of sparkling diamonds set all the way round the edge of the bangle. Kim has always been a huge fan of Elizabeth Taylor, who she interviewed earlier this year for Harpers Bazzar magazine, where she described herself as an ‘Elizabeth Taylor nerd’. Kim even had a photo shot inspired by the famous Hollywood movie Cleopatra, where Taylor dazzles in diamond and jewels playing the lead role.
