We know you may be wondering about the level of service a video consultation can deliver. It’s
only natural. But we’re here to assure you that our jewellers are trained to give the most
authentic experience to all of our clients. They are there to put you at ease and to make you
feel comfortable talking about any aspect of your jewellery desires - no matter the setting.
They will be at our showroom, able to take you round wherever you want to go. Once you begin
your video consultation, you will forget that you’re in your own home having immersed yourself
in the magic of diamonds. Our consultations are a special process and absolutely no expense has
been spared in bringing this enchantment directly to your home.

Two toned, refers to the ring design combining both white and yellow gold. With this style one half is white one half is gold. The ring style has a cross over mount and is set with three stunning round brilliant cut diamonds, which are secured in place by a modern rub over style setting that twists into the cross over mount and the two tones of metal. Although the style of the ring was chosen and designed by the customer, our highly skilled jeweller CAD designer put the piece together on the computer, ready for us to begin the manufacturing process. 
The first step was to print the computer design of the ring mount into a 3D wax version, which we then went on to cast into the two metals using the Lost Wax Casting process. Once the mount was cast, polished and half rhodium coated to get the white gold colour, our skilled gold smith got to work on setting the three stones. 
If you want a diamond ring to be slightly different to the norm, or even if you can’t decide on the colour of metal you want, a two toned is the perfect option – you could even combine popular colours of gold including rose, white and yellow gold.
