We know you may be wondering about the level of service a video consultation can deliver. It’s
only natural. But we’re here to assure you that our jewellers are trained to give the most
authentic experience to all of our clients. They are there to put you at ease and to make you
feel comfortable talking about any aspect of your jewellery desires - no matter the setting.
They will be at our showroom, able to take you round wherever you want to go. Once you begin
your video consultation, you will forget that you’re in your own home having immersed yourself

The wax engagement ring in the image will be cast into 18 carat white gold and has been designed to beautifully fit three rows of diamonds on the shoulders of the ring. The middle row on the shoulders will be set with baguette diamonds and the edge rows will be claw set with round brilliant diamonds. The centre stone of this impressive engagement ring will feature a classic emerald cut diamond in a rub over setting. 
The engagement ring above will be cast in two parts so that our goldsmith can get a perfect finish on the final polished ring. The centre of the ring will be set with an oval shaped diamond and surrounded by two rows of cut down set round brilliant diamonds. The shoulders of the ring will also be set with six round brilliant diamonds. 
Again this ring will be cast in two parts, as the head of the ring will be cast into 18 carat white gold and the shank of the ring will be cast into 18 carat yellow gold. The centre stone of the ring will feature a beautiful and colourful Australian opal stone. The shoulders of the ring will be bezel set with round brilliant diamonds - where the 18 carat white gold rim of the setting encircles the sides of the round diamonds.
