Kate Middleton’s £49K Special Olympic-themed Necklace

Yesterday at the National Portrait Gallery Kate Middleton, usually known to wear high street brands and recycle outfits, wore a £49,000 trinity style Cartier necklace. The necklace is an inspired fashion move by Kate to mark the upcoming events of the Olympics with its gold ring design. The necklace is made with 18 carat white gold with three gold rings set into the chain all encrusted with pavé set diamonds. The diamond set circles on the pendant are also intertwined with rose, yellow and white gold. Kate wore this extravagant jewellery piece with a classic electric blue dress teamed with stylish Parade heels. Kate also topped the outfit off with elegant pearl earrings.
