New Diamond Set Halo Inspired Sapphire and Ruby Rings

Coloured stone diamond and gem set ringsare set to be a popular alternative to traditional diamond engagement rings in 2013. The two most popular semi-precious stones are blue Sapphires and Red Rubies. We have added these two new styles to our collection of rings online. Although coloured gem stones engagement rings will be popular this year, people always want diamonds incorporated in the design of their ring. So this is why we have mixed the halo diamond style with coloured gems in our new collection. Both rings include the same design but are set with a Sapphire and a Ruby centre stone boarded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds. The shoulders are also pavé set with small round brilliant cut diamonds and taper inwards towards the centre stone stones, which creates a more elegant, feminine look. Like most of our engagement ring styles the shank is Wedfit - which splits in two so that the centre stone is slightly raised allowing a wedding ring to perfectly fir against the band with no gaps in between. This presents a co-ordinated, expensive look. In total the diamonds on each ring total 0.30cts. As we make all our jewellery in house, like our diamond engagement rings we are giving you the option to select the size and shape of Sapphire you want to be set in the centre. As well as Rubies and Sapphires other gem stones like Green Emeralds, Tanzanite’s, blue and pink Topaz and Yellow Diamonds are set to be popular for engagement rings and other jewels this year.
