Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood has announced he is engaged to girlfriend and theatre producer Sally Humphreys. Although Sally is 31 years younger than him, Ronnie, 65 reportedly popped the question to last week. The couple have been dating for the last six months. He apparently popped the question after securing his financial future with The Rolling Stones forthcoming gigs. The band recently played their first live concert of five years in Paris, in front of 350 fans. This will be Ronnie’s third marriage, he was first married to Krissy Findlay, the mother of one of his four children in 1971, but divorced in 1978. . He later married his second wife, Jo Wood in 1984, who he divorced in 2008 after a fling with 21-year-old cocktail waitress Ekaterina Ivanova. The news of their engagement was first published in The Sun newspaper. A source said ''Ronnie and Sally have been friends for a long time. He always had an eye for her but she was in a relationship,'' Band mate Keith Richards, has been laughing about the news of his third engagement and joked he is sick of buying him wedding presents. Ronnie has also asked his old band mate from The Faces, Rod Stewart to be his best man. We’re yet to see what style of engagement ring Ronnie proposed to Sally With, but we’re sure it will be set with a bid diamond.
