The Best Way to Buy a Diamond Engagement Ring

At Steven Stone we understand that an engagement ring is probably the most important gift you will give. It’s also more than just a gift; it’s a promise to each other to commit to marriage. This is why we offer a bespoke engagement ring service allowing you to create your very own perfect diamond engagement ring.

Our engagement ring selector is designed to allow you to choose the ring you want in the easiest way possible.

The Four Steps to Create Your Perfect Ring

  1. Select the ring design you want. This is basically the style of band and mount you want. The most popular are the classic solitaire – where the diamond is set on its own in either a claw setting or a rub over setting, The three stone diamond setting, diamonds set on the shoulders of the band and a vintage style halo diamond setting where smaller diamond surround the shape of the centre stone.
  2. Select the metal you want us to make the ring in. Depending on tastes we can create engagement ring in 18ct white gold, 18ct yellow gold, 18 ct rose gold and platinum.
  3. Select the diamond you want, or if you have opted for a multiple diamond engagement ring select the diamonds you want. You need to decide on the shape of stone you want and then the grades you want, which is basically known as the 4Cs of a diamond – cut, colour, clarity and carat weight.
  4. The next step is for us to get to work on creating your ring at our Cheshire workshop where we completely make the ring from scratch and our skilled goldsmith sets the diamondupdate `wp_posts` set `post_content` = s)
