Zara Phillips Wedding
On Saturday the 30th July guests attended the wedding of Princess Sara Phillips and England rugby union player Mark Tindall. The wedding took place in Edinburgh at Canongate Kirk where hundreds gathered in the streets to watch the arrival and departure of the royal family. Zara looked extremely happy and relaxed as she arrived in her ivory silk wedding dress designed by Stewart Parvin, who designs outfits for the Queen. Her dress was accompanied by a tiara and a veil and Sara whore a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes. Guests included Prince Charles and Prince William, Princess Catherine and Prince Harry. The mother of the bride, Princess Anne, and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence were one of the first to arrive. Others who attended the wedding were famous names from English rugby including current national coach Martin Johnson, various celebrities and Olympic skeleton racer Amy Williams. The wedding reception took place at the palace of Holyroodhouse where the guests enjoyed a lovely meal and an evening of dancing and karaoke. It has been announced that Zara will keep her maided name - Phillips due to her equestrian sporting career
