We customized our ring to what she wanted, and Zack was quick to offer guidance and support looking through the internet at the exact design she wanted. We felt like we were getting the best service possible, even being educated on the 4 Cs of diamonds. What my fiancee particularly liked was that Zack allowed her to try her chosen engagement ring with wedding bands. This was great so that when it came time to getting the wedding band, she'd know exactly what to get and wouldn't have to worry about whether it fit with her ring. We both enjoyed the experience and we'd definitely recommend Steven Stone to anyone in our position, we already have. We will come back for wedding bands. My dream ring come true - truly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. I went to Steven Stone knowing exactly what style of ring I wanted. Luckily for me they had a similar design. The design I wanted however had a cushion cut halo and they had a round halo; however, Zack was super accommodating in granting my wish to change it. What I love most about my ring, aside from the absolute beauty of the sparkling diamonds, is this beautiful combination of a round diamond with a cushion cut halo around it. It fits magical and gives the ring a really interesting look - it definitely makes you look twice! A 1 carat diamond is perfect for this ring, which already looks quite big on my finger. The split band is something that's really unique and luckily you don't see much of them around, which makes it really special for those ladies who do have it.

following conversations and assurances from Zack my fears faded, every question or request to the team was met with a response. Although i wasn't spending 5 or 6 figures on the ring i felt equally valued as a customer. I wanted something a little different to the traditional engagement rings on the market and this one stood out through the thousands of images i trawled through. It looks great which is the main thing, with little things like the box it comes in just adding to the overall product. The price also seemed very competitive compared to high street jewellers, I think I have a better quality product for less money than if I had attempted to buy a similar sized stone/ring from a high street store. Steven Stone made up the ring I wanted along with a few personalisations, bigger higher quality GIA diamonds and a 25% saving on the ring I had seen. I was consulted at every stage of the process, and the completion date was met to the day. I honestly cannot think of a single criticism.
