01.1. Come in and see us. Bring the jewellery you would like to remodel and our experts will advise on potential remodelling opportunities.

02.2. Work on an idea. Our design team will gain an understanding of your needs and desires to sketch out fresh ideas.

03.3. Secure the materials. If additional stones or precious metals need to be sourced to create your bespoke jewellery, we will undertake this process.

04.4. Obtain a quote. Once a design brief has been specified, we will supply a no-obligation quote for the creation aspect. This may be subject to change due to fluctuations in the market.

05.5. See your design. We use computer-aided drawings to illustrate your design through hyper-real visuals.

06.6. Time to create. Your bespoke piece will be made by skilled craftspeople in our London workshop.

Bespoke Jewellery From scratch

To start with, we need to see the piece of jewellery that you would like to transform, so book an appointment with one of our consultants in store or make an enquiry by submitting a photograph online. Our designers can then discuss the options available. If you have inspiration to share, such as sketches or visual references, then these will contribute to the design process. Once a design is agreed, a deposit (redeemable against purchase) will be taken to secure a CAD drawing of the final piece.
With over 80 years of experience in the industry, we understand the sentimental value of your jewellery. All remodelling work is undertaken in our in-house workshops, meaning that your pieces won’t be sent away to third parties. This also means that we can monitor every step of the process to ensure that the finished product marries with the design. Last but not least, we offer a lifetime manufacturing warrantee.

These terms all mean the same thing: using an existing piece of jewellery and/or extracting the metals and gemstones from it in order to create a new design.
If you are unable to deliver it in person to one of our showrooms in London, Manchester or Cheshire, then we recommend sending your jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service includes compensation cover of up to £750 as standard, and can be extended to the value of £2,500.
